Revolutionary Dental Implants

Dental implants can significantly change the way you live. These implants are designed to provide a foundation for replacement teeth that look, function, and feel like your natural teeth. Your ability to eat almost any food will be restored, along with your self-confidence!

Transform the way you view your teeth

Dental implants are tiny titanium posts that are surgically implanted into the jawbone where your teeth are missing, acting as a root substitute. The bone bonds with the titanium, creating a strong foundation for your dental implants. These titanium posts are attached to your implant to hold it in place.

Phase 1

The first part of the implant procedure is to place the titanium posts into your jaw bone.

For the first 3 to 6 months, following your surgery, the implants are beneath the surface of your gums. This time is used to allow the implant to bond with your jaw bone.

Phase 2

The second phase begins after the implant has bonded with your jawbone. Dr. Karlis and her associates will uncover the implants, and attach small posts that will act as anchors for your artificial teeth. The posts will not be seen after the implants are inserted. The entire procedure generally takes about 6 – 8 months.
